REGISTRATION OPENS:
Early registration opens on Sunday, September 25th. You can either download the registration form or
register online to attend. Visit Reunion Info. Download 2012 UWD reunion general information

CRUISE UPDATE:
UWD Cruise final payments are due by next week, September 15th. For your final payment, our main
booking number is 204CJ1 and there is no travel agency involved.
You booked directly with Carnival, and you’ll make your payment with them as well. If you do not know
your individual booking number (would be on the confirmation email that you received when you paid
your deposit), just give them the main booking number and they can look you up from there.
Call 800.764.7315, extension 70232 and tell them that you are already booked and are calling to make a
payment. They will transfer you to the Guest Services rep.”

City of Indianapolis issues a special resolution and proposal to Richard "Ziggie" Phillips for
bringing the 10th United We Dance Reunion to the City.

The UWD Reunion weekend itinerary is now available.
Reunion Registration desk is located on the 2nd Floor of the JW Marriott. You can pick up your
registration during these times. Remember to have your PHOTO ID ready to retrieve your packet. You will
not be able to enter events or workshop with out the contents of your packet.
Thursday, June 2nd:
3:00pm - 8:00pm
---note: if you arrive between 8pm - 10pm please call the mobile number listed at the desk and your packet it will be
provided for you.
Friday, June 3rd:
9:00am - 9:00pm
Saturday, June 4th:
10:00am - 5:00pm
