Event Registration
Registration opens on Sunday, September 25, 2011. Click here to download the forms for the 11th
annual United We Dance Reunion.
Online registrations available at http://www.2012uwd.eventbrite.com
The registration fee includes unlimited access to 3 days of workshops, health & fitness classes, parties
and after-parties each night, official reunion t-shirt, souvenir book, and Saturday’s banquet.
The fees for 2012 are:
Early Bird: $95 Until 12/15/11
Standard: $105 12/16/11 – 3/31/12
Late: $115 4/1/12 – 4/30/12 based on availability
*Note: Since we no longer have a “Ballroom only” dance floor in the Grand Ballroom, the registration
form has been revised to remove the option of indicating which floor you would like to be seated near. All
seating will be assigned as FIRST COME, FIRST SERVED. As in previous years, groups wishing to sit
together should mail their registration forms in the same envelope, or input them online in a single
transaction. Each table seats ten people.
Also, after May 1st, NO CHANGES OR REPLACEMENTS will be accepted.
There is a $25 fee for checks returned due to insufficient funds
